Refund policy

We want you to love your new rug. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the rug must be unused, clean, and in its original condition and packaging. Items that have been used, damaged, stained, or altered may not be eligible for a return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error with your order.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your account.
